Conjugated Linoleic Acid or better known as CLA is one of the vital fats human should not miss in their diet. It is found in ruminant animals such as goat, beef, and lamb, but with higher percentage if the animals are grown grass fed—a reason why grass fed organic beef is twice plentiful with CLA as compared to grain-fed or conventionally raised animals.

  10. Higher Omega-6 which is good for the heart and brain.
